OMS completes its range of pavers with the Japanese brand “HANTA”, a manufacturer specializing in space-saving equipment for road construction and maintenance. The peculiar technical characteristics that distinguish Hanta equipment are the result of continuous technological improvements based on the long engineering experience gained in pavement repair and maintenance techniques and recognized among many users in industrial sectors and public organizations interested in road works.

HANTA, in cooperation with OMS, offers 2 models for the European market. The wheeled model F1432W5 and the tracked model F14CE-5.
Both machines are equipped with Stage V engines perfectly in line with the most modern anti-pollution regulations. Like their big Sumitomo sisters, the Hanta mini pavers also boast a number of features that make them unique and inimitable, as well as being totally comparable in terms of operational functions.
Starting with the F14CE-5 tracked model, let’s start by considering its measurements.
This model, in fact, has a footprint of the tracks of only 92 cm and is therefore able to proceed perfectly even in confined spaces such as track gauge, trenches of 1m cutters, cycle paths etc.
The machine, equipped with independent and folding hoppers, allows access to the unloading even for trucks and allows you to get close to all obstacles that tangle the paving line.
The gas-heated paving screed extends hydraulically from 80cm to 1.4m and comes, as standard, with additional extensions up to 1.8m and pave reductions up to 40cm. In addition, all the registrations and commands are present as a large screed; from adjusting the camber to adjusting the height of the hydraulic extensions.
Furthermore, all Hanta machines are equipped with electro-hydraulic level controls and are therefore prepared for use with electronic leveling systems.
In addition to all this, F14CE-5 is equipped as standard with conveyor and reversible augers.

NEW 2021 is the new tire model Hanta developed and adapted to the European market by OMS, the machine is an absolute novelty on the market.
The wheeled model, in fact, is equipped with a hydraulically extendable screed from 1.4 to 3.2m and allows to reach narrow spaces thanks to the reduced dimensions of the wagon and considerable paving widths for a machine of this category.
The F1432W5 plate, like its smaller sister F14CE-5, is gas heated and is equipped with all the most modern ignition and burner control systems..
The electro-hydraulic height adjustment of the extensions allows, with a simple touch of a switch, to always obtain a perfectly flat paving.
The presence of the material distribution and conveying devices, called “Mold Board”, allows an adjustment of the flow of material to be spread, optimizing the load of the machine and preventing inappropriate cooling of the bituminous materials.
The electrically operated driver’s control panel guarantees the best comfort for the operator.
The encumbrance of the wheels allows the machine to asphalt inside the 1.5m cut-outs and fully satisfy the traction and thickness needs.
The independent and folding hoppers ensure loading capacity and maneuverability in confined spaces at the same time, while the single belt and the reversible augers ensure optimal feeding both during the laying phase and in the final part of the flooring. In addition, the folding screed’s side plates allow easy access for the manual supply of the material even in closed bench conditions.
Screed Assist and preparation for automatic leveling systems complete the functions of the machine making it similar to a larger machine in terms of functionality, but making it a champion of practicality and versatility.
Both models can be equipped with remote control systems that also allow to monitor from your offices the jobsite status , monitor logistics and report the paving jobs.
